Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between Outdoor Pawtraits (“the Photographer”, “we”, “us”) and the client (“you”, “the Client”). By booking a session, purchasing a voucher, or checking out, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session (deposit amount varies by package).
• The remaining balance is due on the day of your session unless paid earlier.
• Deposits are non-transferable except as permitted under Section 3 (Rescheduling).

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• If you provide at least 7 days’ notice, your session may be rescheduled once at no extra cost.
• Deposits are forfeited regardless of cancellation reason.
• If Outdoor Pawtraits must cancel, a full refund of monies paid or an alternative date will be offered.

4. Weather Policy

Outdoor sessions depend on suitable weather. If conditions are unsuitable, we will rearrange your session for the next available date.

5. Client Conduct & Responsibility

• You are responsible for ensuring pets are under control and safe at all times.
• Outdoor Pawtraits accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to persons, pets, or property during the session.
• You are liable for any damage caused to the Photographer’s equipment or property by your pet or yourself.

6. Image Usage & Copyright

• All images remain the copyright of Outdoor Pawtraits.
• We may use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing before the session.
• Purchased images are licensed for personal use only; commercial use requires written permission.

7. Image Delivery

• Your private online gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks of your session (typically within 1 week).
• Final images are supplied as digital files and/or prints depending on your package.
• Additional edits or products requested after delivery may incur extra charges.

8. Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of photography, refunds are not offered once a session has taken place or digital files have been delivered. Faulty physical products (e.g., prints) will be replaced.

9. Limitation of Liability

We will take all reasonable care to deliver high-quality images and service. In the unlikely event of loss, damage, or technical failure, our liability is limited to the return of any payments received.
